A non-refundable retainer of 30% and a signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date. Dates are not held without both items completed. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding date. Payment plans are welcome; however, the full balance must be paid by the final due date. In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable as it secures your reserved date.

How do we book you for our wedding?

To officially reserve your wedding date with Shawna Inman Photography, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Once those are completed, your date is secured on my calendar. I recommend booking as early as possible since wedding dates fill quickly, especially in Clovis and surrounding areas.

What happens if you get sick or can’t photograph our wedding?

In the very rare event that I am unable to photograph your wedding due to illness or an emergency, I have a network of trusted professional photographers I can reach out to as a backup. I would work to secure a photographer with a similar style and experience to ensure your day is still beautifully documented. Your gallery would still be edited and delivered by Shawna Inman Photography so the final images remain consistent with my style and quality.
